DREAM - BELIEVE - ACHIEVE

Focus on these key components to achieve your own individual goals today:

GO AT YOUR OWN PACE, AND GIVE IT ''YOUR'' BEST:

One of the biggest lessons I have learnt over time is that every person works at a different pace. Rather than trying to get someone to conform to one version of “the best way to train,” I ask them to follow a single principle: do as much as ''you'' can. If your 100% is someone else’s 70%, that’s ok - just stop comparing yourself to others, it's BS! Do more if you can do more and only stop when you’ve given it your all.

NO EXCUSES:

When you reach a certain level, you’re no longer competing against anyone else but yourself. Your excuses don’t matter to other people – they only hurt and stop you from moving forward. If you’re committed to improving, you will get better. It’s really that simple of a concept, and it’s one I believe is true for anyone who wants to transform their life and health.

STOP COMPARING YOURSELF TO OTHER PEOPLE:

Fitness isn’t about how many kg's you lost or how much better you look compared to someone else. Just focus on comparing yourself to YOU. Don’t get caught up in the achievements of other people. Worry about how to improve your own game. What matters is that you stay focused with the same energy and drive you had when you first set out to achieve your own individual goals.

BUILD MOMENTUM THROUGH SMALL CONSISTENT ACTION.

When it comes to training and getting what you want out of life. You need to do what’s necessary and do it consistently. Effort is always rewarded through small acts that you do every day to get better. It’s doesn't have to be a big, massive thing that most people make it out to be. Whether you’re changing a bad habit or doing a 200kg deadlift, you won't wake up tomorrow and achieve change and improvement just by chance. You have to do something consistently, every day to make that success happen.

All the best with your health , strength & fitness journey!
